CAR PARK: Parking for 40 cars, either side of church CONTACT: Church Stewards will phone or e-mail Preacher on Friday or Saturday
CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE: Not often present but stay for the first 20 minutes in the morning service. Age range – Infants (2 or 3) for am Service, age 14 – 20 yrs usually during University holidays. Term time (1 or 2).READERS: Yes
LEADERS OF PRAYERS: Yes
HYMN/SONG BOOKS: Hymns & Psalms, Mission Praise (No’s 1-281), Songs of Fellowship 1 & 2 (No’s 1-1150), Cantiques et Supplement (tune book for No’s 455 to end only, but will sing any if music can be provided)
SERVICE BOOKS:The Methodist Service Book & The Methodist Worship Book for Holy Communion
CHURCH CHOIR: Only on special occasions for Introit and Anthem
Introit and AnthemCHOIR LIAISON: Preacher will be informed of introits/anthems for special services
MUSIC GROUP: Singers – used for pre-worship am only (6 songs from SOF) Plus two guitarists when requested.
RESOURCES AVAILABLE: Sound system, CD, hearing loop, overhead projector, flip chart.
